How to manage eczema with your diet

Your skin is the final frontier of your health - if things aren't right on the inside, it will show on the outside.

I get asked a lot about eczema, psoriasis and dry skin conditions. Slathering yourself in oils and creams might feel like a nice treat, and they will soothe the irritation, but they aren’t resolving the problem that is CAUSING the skin complaint. This video talks you through the foods to add in, the foods to take out of your diet to reduce your flare ups and I touch on products to use on your skin as well.

Want to try going dairy and gluten-free but don’t know where to start?

Products I mention in the video:

The probiotics I take are BioKult – available on Amazon here. I even use these for my daughters, I simply mix a small amount of the capsule contents into a dairy free yogurt for them.

The Neal’s Yard Remedies Baby range is here. They have soaps, body wash, shampoo and a lovely baby balm which are all suitable for dry skin conditions.

The Calendula Cream is here. I use this as first aid for scrapes and grazes and it’s perfect for sore, inflamed skin.

The fruit and vegetable concentrates are only available through registered distributors who are trained in their use. Please contact me via rachel@rachelcollins.co.uk for more information and advice specific to your personal needs.

Please Note: Some of these links are affiliate or partner links and I might get a small thank you from the company for sending you their way. I only recommend products I use myself or have thoroughly researched. In this post, I use every single product listed.
