Who I am

I’m Rachel Collins, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and creator of this programme. I teach women to turbocharge their own personal superpowers and unleash their inner Wonder Woman. I am passionate about helping women to discover their kryptonite because personally, learning the simple tweaks to make for my body was the catalyst for massive change. It was the very beginning of becoming the healthiest, happiest and most successful version of me.

I received my Health Coaching qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014, and then continued my professional development with a certificate in Nutritional Therapy. I am always learning and am currently studying Herbal Medicine for Women under Dr Aviva Romm.
