We all have our own unique superpowers. But sometimes things get in the way of us using them. As your health coach I help you smash through those blocks, whether it’s poor health, low confidence or simply bad habits, so you can achieve everything you want to in life.
Who I am
I am Rachel Collins. I am a mum, wife, health coach, tea lover and certified book geek.
I have a BSc in Psychology, my Masters in Healthcare Leadership and Management and I received my Health Coaching Diploma from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
After my first baby was born I was exhausted, overweight and I was made redundant on maternity leave. I had lost my identity, my self worth and my financial independence. I was a lost woman. I have learnt so much on my journey from Lost Woman to Wonder Woman and I love showing other women the path.
There is more to health than what we eat
But it’s a great place to start, which is why around 50% of coaching with me revolves around nutrition. HOWEVER, we are nourished and energised by by so much more than food – our relationships with family & friends, our careers or vocation in life, physical activity and our connection with the world around us are all a vital part of our life force. So when we work together I will encourage you to discuss all of these areas of your life in our sessions. My advice and recommendations range across diet and nutrition, herbs, lifestyle, work and career, exercise and relationships.
